Job DescriptionJob Summary:You will be responsible for targeted full lifecycle recruitment to meet talent acquisition goals across several departments, including collaboration with international colleagues on global searches and talent sourcing as required. You will manage the entire lifecycle of recruiting including stakeholder consulting, posting jobs, executing recruitment plans, sourcing and screening candidate resumes, assessing talent, interviewing candidates, and developing and extending formal offers of employment. You will use the Applicant Tracking System to support the recruitment process and to measure performance metrics for all searches. Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Translate business needs (from talent reviews, business plans and growth strategies) into talent acquisition actions, implementing global strategies, programs and tools to attract and select talent for all career levels, including direct and skilled manufacturing and experienced professionals.Work with the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead to support our continuous improvement approach to talent acquisition, and optimization of talent research resources.Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms as needed. Guide communication between the third-party and the hiring manager.Develop a network of diverse candidates by using direct sourcing, social media, job boards, Internet, company career site, internal referrals, advertising, third-party agencies and other technical means to source candidates. Stay informed of diversity trends and innovative recruiting techniques.Use ATS to manage job requisitions and applicant data and to automate the recruiting process through a defined workflow.Review candidate resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge concerning position requirements. Create and communicate prescreening questions for hiring managers for collaboration and approval. Prescreen candidates before presentation.Consult to and influence internal clients while providing a high level of service. Define and communicate process and respective roles, preparing hiring managers and interview teams to understand job requirements and expectations. Ensure candidates get assessed (including appropriate formal assessments) against appropriate criteria. Promote and manage adherence to Global Talent Acquisition standards, processes and guidelines.Source talent for open positions and build talent pipelines for future important and strategic needs. Manage use of sourcing tools to promote the company and increase positive awareness in the market. Provide talent research activities and targeted talent intelligence gathering.Recruit candidates and extend offers of employment to selected candidates in collaboration with the hiring manager and HR Business Partner, all the while operating within the guidelines of our internal compensation policy and Global Talent Acquisition standards.Qualifications:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent requiredMinimum 3 years of professional experience in full lifecycle recruitingExperience in multiple recruiting environments (i.e., more than one organization or agency) with several job disciplines preferredExperience in pharma/biotech/medical device recruiting strongly preferredPrevious experience using a top-tier applicant tracking system (experience using Workday a plus)Understanding of local employment related laws requiredUp to 10% domestic travel required#LI-PB1About UsOur BenefitsWe encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
