The Role

As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you’ll contribute to the team’s success by providing operational support and optimizing on data integrity tools and processes relied upon daily by recruiters and partner teams.

You'll partner cross-functionally with teams all across the globe, including the Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams to support our hiring efforts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance along the way.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with other teams supporting hiring efforts, such as Legal, Finance, Procurement etc. to ensure the recruiting team is operating efficiently.
  • Manage job postings and provide recruiters with the resources to explore/post on external job boards.
  • Boost our robust database of candidate records through new data entry and data hygiene projects.
  • Optimize existing workflows and create training and workflow documentation for recruiting tools and processes.
  • Manage external recruiting vendor workflows, including evaluating new partners and interfacing with existing ones to ensure we’re maximizing use of tools and resources provided.
  • Scope, solve, and respond to internal tickets regarding candidate processing, recruiting tools, job posts, external agencies, etc.
  • Train new recruiting operations team members on tooling and workflows.

Preferred

  • Previous data entry experience.
  • Experience working with confidential and/or sensitive data.
  • Experience working with Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, Customer Support or Data teams.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
