SALARY: 9 000 - 13 000 PLN gross/monthly

ROLE OVERVIEW 

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the opportunity to influence our recruitment process, help introduce new tools and techniques, enhance our hiring culture, work with a lot of autonomy and independence and act as an expert and partner to help the teams hire the best talent. You will be a strategic partner to our leaders and managers in all things related to Talent Acquisition. You will be leading and participating in various projects improving our processes and strengthening our hiring culture and candidate experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Execute the full recruitment life-cycle for mainly IT roles, including requirements management, sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Develop partner relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and expand recruiting strategies to effectively meet them.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing methods such as Boolean search strings and social networking (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, GitHub,...) to source and reach out to passive candidates.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Team on a variety of projects that support the whole team's goals (e.g. training, employer branding activities, sourcing strategies, metrics).
  • Create and manage “talent pools” for frequently hired roles to build an internal database of qualified candidates for future needs.
  • Act as an advocate for candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback.
  • Work on continuous improvements in recruiting metrics and leveraging data to improve process efficiency and drive innovation. 
  • Serve as a mentor for the Talent Acquisition team members in recruitment-related topics. 
  • Represent Brainly during a range of internal and external events.

 

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • 5+ years of experience in running end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, supporting multiple teams in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proven ability to develop a trusted relationship with the hiring managers.
  • Great understanding and experience of finding candidates that work with the newest technologies.
  • Great sourcing skills and up-to-date knowledge of the newest techniques for sourcing the best candidates including hard-to-find technical candidates.
  • Ability to swiftly build candidate pipelines.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written (B2/C1 level).
  • Focus on data and recruitment metrics.
  • Consultative communication style and influence skills that advance the experience of both the hiring managers and candidates. 
  • Thinking outside the box, coming up with new innovative ways to drive recruitment effectiveness.
