As a Recruitment MIS Analyst, you will provide analytical input to support the Talent Acquisition team.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, dashboards
Empower recruiters and the recruiting leadership teams with dashboards, data and reports to help improve processes and solve recruiting related challenges
Support and run processes as per established standard operating procedures & SLAs
Comply with various Talent Acquisition policies and code of conduct throughout the hiring process
Be part of various administrative tasks in support of corporate needs and goals
Be able to respond to changes and work with ambiguity and work with minimal supervision

WHAT TO BRING

2-5 years of full-time experience in Excel reporting, Tableau dashboard development and Talent intelligence is a must
Should be affluent in English language (both written and speaking)
Technical Skills: Should have worked on ATS systems such as Lever, Teamable, WorkDay
Understands talent markets in India and can generate Talent Intelligence as per needs of the role being hired
Strong multi-tasking skills and is able to fluidly manage work priorities in a fast-paced business environment
Agile with Microsoft Office products including moderate usage of Excel to draw basic recruitment analytics and inferences such as pivots, slicers, etc
Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment
