Given our growth plans to increase the community from 100 employees to 200 employees in Lithuania by the end of 2022, we need some additional help and are looking for a Talent Sourcer to purely focus on our IT hiring. As a sourcer you will be making sure we stay on top of our game and help us enroll the best talent, motivated to work on some of the most advanced e-solutions in the world. 
You will be working closely with the business and our team of sourcers and recruiters (4 colleagues in Lithuania and more than 30 colleagues internationally) to bring in the best talent. You will have top-notch tools (Lever, Amazing Hiring, ContactOut etc.) at your disposal and are always welcome to introduce new exciting techniques & tools to the team.

You will give your helping hand in:

  • Building excellent talent pipelines
  • Working seamlessly together with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing hacks
  • Reaching out to the talent
  • Maintaining candidate database

You’re likely to succeed if you:

  • Have a strong interest in the technical side of recruitment - ideally, you will have at least 1 year of experience in sourcing
  • Possess the ability to map out talent
  • Consider yourself tech-savvy
  • Have great communication skills - you will have to build lasting relationships with all stakeholders
  • Are fluent in English - any other language skills are a plus!
  • Are organized and have effective skills in time management
  • Feel like fish in the water in an ever-changing environment
  • Value teamwork, kindness and believe that together great things can be accomplished
  • Are goal-oriented and want to get things done

  • The salary range for this position is 2000 - 3000 € (gross) per month.
