As a Talent & Employer Branding Intern you’ll work closely with Taboola’s Marketing and Talent team through our growth phase in Germany as we continue to scale the business on an international basis. Reporting to our EMEA Recruitment Manager you will work closely with Talent, HR, and Marketing across our offices to formalise our global and local Employer Branding Strategies. You will have direct access to our Global Marketing team and Talent Specialists across our 3 offices to support your mission of enhancing the Taboola DACH brand to all prospective candidates. You will deliver results by channelling a creative approach and maximising marketing and talent acquisition strategies. You will think strategically and confidently interpret business, recruitment and brand requirements.

What will I do on a day-to-day basis? 

  • Helping to create, and drive the marketing strategy for Taboola’s external employer brand in Germany.
  • Creating & delivering new marketing & brand campaigns through all of Taboola’s core marketing channels to attract and educate prospective candidates on the Taboola DACH employee story.
  • Identify external opportunities to showcase our brand and drive candidate traffic.
  • Work directly with with your Talent Manager & HR to develop, support, and drive the Taboola DACH EVP strategy.
  • Ensure all employer branding content is written using inclusive language and ensure there is representation across all diverse & underrepresented groups.
  • Research, capture and develop key audience insights and apply them to our marketing approach, campaigns, and content. Sharing the insights across wider talent functions to inform our future talent initiatives

What You'll Need

  • First-class written and oral German language skills
  • Excellent marketing experience 
  • Experience of deploying content through a variety of different channels and media
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative approach – prior experience working as part of a team
  • Event management skills

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of employer branding methodologies, and innovative modern practices
  • Recruitment experience
