As a SquareFoot Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will have a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization. You will join our rapidly growing team in New York and own full cycle recruiting across the firm. You will work cross functionally with hiring managers across our Sales, Marketing, Engineering, People and Operations departments to identify, source and hire exceptional candidates to grow their teams. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and have an outsized impact on their impression of the company and the company’s culture.

This role is perfect for someone looking to own the full-cycle recruiting process from end to end, from sourcing candidates and reviewing applications, to screening candidates, gathering team feedback, extending offers and hiring. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions within SquareFoot
• Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor to hiring managers, with a continuous pulse on the candidate landscape for key areas of hire
• Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open roles across the organization
• Provide exemplary service to all candidates; advise and guide hiring managers to properly manage candidates through the pipeline in a timely manner.
• Work with team members to build creative strategies around sourcing and attracting the best talent in a competitive market
• Track, package and present performance and quality of hiring pipelines for key stakeholders
• Work within GreenHouse, our Applicant Tracking System for sourcing and tracking candidates

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years experience working as an in-house or agency recruiter with high-volume in a dynamic and developing environment
• You have experience actively sourcing and attracting talent across various platforms (such as LinkedIn, social media, networking and others)
• You have the ability to work closely with multiple high level stakeholders and manage a high volume of open roles at once
• You possess strong time management and project management skills
• You are a standout colleague and you strive for having phenomenal collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
• You possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• You are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews at SquareFoot has an outstanding and positive experience
• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
