The opportunity:

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to help us bring the best talent to O. You’ll coordinate each step of the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, professional, and high-quality experience for all candidates. You are a hyper-organized and passionate team player who is excited to learn the ins and outs of a high-functioning recruiting process and how to build strong teams. Partnering with teams across the company, you’ll make a difference through the relationships you build both internally and externally.


  • Own coordination, scheduling, and facilitation of interviews across all our open roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Proactively communicate with candidates at every step, ensuring that they have all the information they need throughout our recruiting process
  • Manage workflows and maintain candidate information within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse); ensure data is correct across all systems and reports
  • Build and maintain reports in Google Sheets to track key TA metrics
  • Facilitate strong partnerships with hiring managers and interviewers by proactively problem-solving and providing solutions surrounding interview scheduling and logistics
  • Identify areas for improvement in recruiting processes and existing programs
  • Occasionally review resumes and applications and make candidate recommendations
  • Support additional TA initiatives as needed, including employer branding, DE&I strategy and planning/attending recruiting events


  • 1+ years of professional experience; administrative or recruiting experience are a plus
  • Ability to stay organized and proactively manage competing priorities
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (recruiting for a company growing this quickly requires a bias toward action)
  • Experience using Greenhouse (or another ATS), Google Suite, and Slack
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in a people-focused role
  • Flexibility; things change often and we need someone who can adapt quickly
  • Ability to think creatively and add some whimsy into our recruiting efforts
