RECRUITER JOB DESCRIPTION

Remote; Anywhere across the USA

Immediate openings for 3 month contract​; 1099 status

Our client needs a seasoned generalist/corporate recruiter with experience working with large MNC's and can handle a fast-paced three month contract to fill positions across Supply Chain, R&D, Sales, & Finance. Previous Workday knowledge highly preferred. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will support the TA team in attracting and selecting top talent for your assigned requisitions. You will deliver talent solutions and great candidates to the business, while driving an exciting and positive candidate experience! 

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 6+ years of recruitment experience is required (mix of agency and corporate preferred) inclusive of 3+ years of supply chain and manufacturing recruitment experience
• High proficiency in integrated recruitment systems (ATS & CRM), with Workday experience preferred
• Comfortable working on a large, fast-paced team
