About the Recruitment Coordinator Role:

HelloFresh is growing and so are our people! We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our recruitment team. You will be attracting and onboarding the best talent for our production and warehouse teams, delivering engaging inductions to HelloFresh. You will work closely with the Recruitment Executive to identify internal talent pools and support on resourcing candidates. As part of a wider recruitment team, you will gain exposure to high volume recruitment, where no day is the same.

What the Recruitment Coordinator will be doing:

  • Be responsible for high volume quick fill role recruitment
  • Be responsible for our Temp to Perm programme where you will recruit the best people from our onsite temporary recruitment agency
  • Attract talent to HelloFresh through advertising internally and externally including use of job boards
  • Resource CVs for salaried roles
  • Book in interviews for the recruitment executives and leads
  • Identifying internal talent pools and conduct on-boarding days
  • Support admin with keeping all HR systems aligned
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Executive to ensure recruitment KPI's are being achieved
  • Keep all HR systems aligned
  • Working with hiring managers to quick fill high volume roles

Who the Recruitment Coordinator is:

  • Previous experience in admin, recruitment or HR
  • Have a great level of communication
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to manage change and prioritise efficiently
  • Used to working in a high pressure and fast paced environment
  • Energy, enthusiasm, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude
  • Have the drive to go above and beyond
  • Have the ability to adapt and thrive in in a changing environment.

Recruitment process:  first, you will have a phone interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. Should you be successful, you will be  invited for an competency interview.
