
Responsibilities
- Source intern candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
- Work with hiring managers across the business to understand recruiting needs
- Identify gaps to improve the recruitment and university outreach program
- Assist in the planning and execution of programmatic events for interns
- Increase brand awareness and represent Zoox at college fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment opportunities
- Provide support and serve as a resource for the interns during their internship
- Ability to review high-level data points to help the team make data-driven decisions on recruiting and strategic partnerships
- Candidates should be open to travel about 25% of the time as needed
Qualifications
- Experience with sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a technical industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with public speaking
- BA/BS and 1+ year of recruiting experience
