As the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations, your work will have a critical impact on Renaissance’s ability to secure top talent and deliver on its mission. This exciting, hands-on managerial role will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and implementing innovative recruiting and onboarding strategies. In this role, you will:

  • Lead the operational processes for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and ensure hiring success by building and delivering processes, tools, and systems to support the candidates, recruiting team, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Design and launch new recruiting policies, programs and services, and continuously optimize and improve the use of existing processes and tools.
  • Ensure process documentation, workflows, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are recorded and optimized across the TA function.
  • Provide TA new hire and process improvement training.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and drive adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assess TA performance and compliance through the analysis of metrics and qualitative data.
  • Manage TA Operations-related budget.
  • Act as subject matter expert and lead, coach and develop a remote team, ensuring resource sharing and coverage across the following:
    • TA Coordination – streamline and optimize TA coordination process (i.e. interview scheduling, offer management, background screening).
    • Immigration – manage and drive continuous improvement of immigration processing.
    • Contractor program management – oversee global process and vendor management of contractors.
    • Onboarding – optimize process from employee offer acceptance to day one on job.
  • Act as TA expert for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in partnership with the HR Technology department.
  • Manage operational TA technology (i.e. background checking, immigration, onboarding).

 


For this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 5+ years of recruiting operations leadership and TA Technology experience.
  • 2+ years direct team leadership experience is required.
  • Successful track record in recruiting process development/improvement and reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of talent acquisition methodologies, laws, policies, and procedures.

 Bonus points for:

  • Immigration, contractor management and/or onboarding experience a plus.

Salary Range: $96,700 - 130,000. This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
