Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for our a multi-site recruitment manager to lead our operations recruitment team based across three DCs based in Derby, Banbury and Nuneaton. You are currently in a talent acquisition managerial position and looking for the next challenge in your career within a company that thrive on creative strategy and collaboration.

About the Talent Acquisition Manager:

You will be responsible for leading and managing our non volume recruitment team of  five internal recruiters including a lead and an administrator. 

You will have experience of working as part of an internal recruitment team across Logistics and Operations within the FMCG or Manufacturing sectors. As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be leading on developing strategies and processes to enable HelloFresh to achieve its goals across 2022 and beyond.

You will work closely with the Head of People and site HRBP’s to create, deliver and execute strategies as well as working closely with stakeholders to continuously share best practices.

 What the Talent Acquisition Manager will be doing :

  • Managing a talent team of five internal recruiters and an administrator
  • Overseeing compliance of right to work, identification and reference checks
  • Managing Budgets
  • Researching and pulling insights that can benefit and support the business and making recommendations for improvement
  • Implementing recruitment strategies with the Head of People and site HRBPs
  • Improving and developing internal processes
  • Working on projects to improve our employer branding, EVP, onboarding and acquisition processes
  • Aggregating and presenting data to the senior leadership team on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Mentoring, guiding and developing the internal recruitment team
  • Owning the ongoing maintenance of our ATS
  • Managing stakeholders and account managing the individual business streams ensuring their recruitment needs are met
  • Working closely with our global talent team to work on our Proud to Work programme 
  • Working closely and collaborating with the Head of People and the various people streams, ensuring a great candidate experience from onboarding through to employee experience.

 

Who the Talent Acquisition Manager is:

  • You have experience within recruitment both specialised roles and process improvement
  • FMCG/Operations background
  • Have mentored, managed, or coached a team
  • Experience of creating attraction strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of developing Marketing Strategies to aide talent acquisition
  • Data-driven
  • You are a strong communicator
  • Used to working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, committed, and has a ‘can-do’ flexible attitude
  • Resilient

Location: Multisite - Based at either Derby, Banbury or Nuneaton with travel across all sites.

Recruitment process: First, you will have a phone interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. Should you be successful, you will be asked to complete a technical test and, depending on the result, you will be invited for a face to face interview.
