Teads is looking for a new Talent Recruiter to join our Recruitment team and support our growing AdOps Team in Paris.

What will you be doing? 

  • Full life cycle recruiting to assist in hiring across multiple features teams
  • Develop talent pool using creative sourcing techniques and tools
  • Identify, qualify and select the best candidates with innovative recruitment strategies for attracting candidates
  • Manage job postings in Greenhouse and externally to various career sites and college boards
  • Be part of recruitment events
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal teams
  • Ensuring weekly reporting working on specific metrics

What do we require?

  • Master Degree in HR or equivalent (Business school or University)
  • Minimum 2 years+ of experience in hiring
  • Good knowledge or curiosity about technology
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Good level in English and fluent in French
  • Great organizational and communication skills
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
