We're looking for an impactful and highly motivated Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our international and fast-growing team of talented recruiters and help scale our hyper-growth company. 

You will be responsible for developing and shaping how we go to the market to attract, source, identify, onboard and connect talent to the company's growth strategy. You will be accountable for our talent acquisition and recruitment function transformation. You'll partner with the business leaders across the company as you assess needs, tailor programs to reflect goals and company values, build the infrastructure to attract top candidates, and create a world-class candidate experience.

What you will do:

  • You enable a high-performance team culture and collaboration both within the Talent Acquisition team and more broadly across the company.
  • Setting and monitoring the performance of the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring continuous improvement in ways of working.
  • Your strategical approach positions Nortal as an employer of choice in the external market, enabling us to attract the future skills and capabilities to deliver the strategic priorities.
  • Building and empowering strong connections within the internal business stakeholders, external counterparts, and Talent teams across Nortal to empower smart decisions in all Talent Acquisition topics.
  • Being an ambassador for the function, representing the Nortal Talent Acquisition team internally and externally.
