● Roles & Responsibilities:-

● Sales Recruitment

● Mass Recruitment

● Suggest Process improvements

● Prepare & visualize data

● Arrange training for defaulters & prepare a plan to improve them.

● Stakeholder management

● Team handling

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

· Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Sales Recruitment

· Excellent Communication skills both Written & Verbal

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Previous experience in Recruitment or a similar field.

· Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of hiring.

· Excellent in MS office - excel, power-point and ability to perform MIS
