Remote Contract Recruiting Team Lead

Anywhere across the USA, Contract Opportunity Immediate opening for a 5 month contract; 1099 status

Recruiter.com’s Recruiters on Demand division has an immediate need for a Remote Contract Recruiting Team Lead for an immediate 1099 contract assignment. Our position requires high-volume recruiting experience and preferably a background in Technical/IT Recruiting. You will be working directly with the client and internal team members to drive hiring for Tech/IT and some non-tech roles in the Healthcare space.

You must have:

The ideal recruiter has 7+ years of Recruiting experience as well as Team Lead experience
Must have lead teams in the range of 5-15+ recruiters with the ability to handle a small requisition load as well
A background in candidate sourcing - using databases, utilizing new tools and extensions, reaching out to passive and active candidates required
A self-motivating, flexible and focused attitude; driven to work independently and collaborate on projects in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll do:

Actively source qualified candidates using internet databases, internal databases, social media, and job boards
Conducting pre-screening interviews
Asking questions that provide insight into the candidate experience while keeping them engaged
Acting as the liaison between the candidate and the client
Conduct interview debriefs with our team and the client’s team; providing feedback around roadblocks and market trends
Provide a great candidate experience
