Duties & Responsibilities:

Lincoln International LLC (“Lincoln”) is seeking an intern-to-full-time or full-time Recruiting Generalist to join our Valuations & Opinions Group (VOG) to help foster and drive the brand, passion and culture that has been at the core of Lincoln’s success. The Recruiting Generalist will be responsible for assisting VOG in the recruitment processes for officers, associates, and analysts across Lincoln International’s U.S. and London offices. This role will report into VOG, but stay in frequent contact and coordination with Lincoln’s broader Talent team. This person should have relevant professional experience, be entrepreneurial, and be poised and able to interface with many different people both inside and outside the firm.

The Recruiting Generalist should also demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work professionally and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment, and the willingness to take ownership of tasks from beginning to end. Regular working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Willingness and ability to work overtime is necessary.

We envision the Recruiting Generalist will be initially tasked with the following:

  • Provide support to VOG’s Recruiting Processes for Lincoln’s U.S. and London offices
    • Assist with the recruitment process for officers, associates, and Analysts:
      • Coordinate and facilitate schedules for phone screens and in-office interviews
      • Book travel for candidates as required
      • Communicate with Lincoln employees, providing candidate information and background
      • Collect interview feedback through ATS system and conversations
    • Assist with the scheduling, organization, and preparation for virtual and/or on-campus recruiting-based programs, shadow days, events and trips
      • Booking travel accommodations as necessary
      • Prepare collateral and recruiting materials
    • Proactively search for and pipeline candidates for VOG roles
  • Advance and improve our recruiting efforts (both efficiency and effectiveness) through:
    • Facilitating process improvement efforts for recruiting processes
  • Provide other general administrative support related to recruiting, possibly to include:
    • Scheduling meetings and interviews
    • Making travel arrangements
    • Additional recruiting and onboarding-specific tasks

Other Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience in a Recruiting, Administrative, and/or Human Resources Role
  • Comfort with data and Excel, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in-progress or completed
