Crucial abilities to this role include: recruiting highly-skilled technical talent, creating and managing talent pipelines and in depth knowledge of the local technology employment market especially in regards to .NET and PHP Software developers. Must be professionally proficient in English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage efficient, full-cycle recruiting operations which support rapid growth, in adherence with all other compliance requirements
  • Drive the optimization of on-line jobs advertising, participation in job fairs, and social media campaigns
  • Work directly with managers to assist in developing position descriptions, appropriate compensation and interviewing plans
  • Provide weekly status and ad hoc reports as requested. Utilize tracking mechanisms to measure results, impact, and cost-effectiveness of recruiting efforts
  • Effectively communicate company values, culture, work environment, business strategies, benefits and other areas of interest to prospective candidates
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments, best practices and trends in Recruiting, and keep Symplicity’s Sr. Leaders informed
  • Responsible for coaching interviewers on proper interviewing and hiring techniques. Facilitates trainings as needed
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external Recruiting vendors/consultants to leverage available resources. Maintain strong relationships with community organizations to identify new sources of local talent and to promote the company as a partner in the community
  • Other duties, as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of successful Recruiting experience preferably in the area of SaaS, international, and growth companies
  • In-depth understanding of the employment market for technical talent with an emphasis on the following skills: .Net, C#, Javascript, PHP and AWS
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Experience creating, managing and tracking an effective advertising campaign to attract qualified talent
  • Ability to critically assess candidates’ capabilities. Excellent interviewing practices and techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the Internet, and ATS software
  • Ability to identify issues, develop effective solutions, and resolve conflict through mutually acceptable and practical solutions
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
