Role Description

As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you will join a Recruiting Operations team that is passionate about process efficiency, user experience, and data-driven decisions. You will help execute and deliver Hiring Manager/Interviewer/Moderator Experience and Candidate Experience-related projects that improve the experience for candidates and Dropboxers alike. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple program workstreams, ensuring projects are on track and delivering differentiated experiences, and that best practices are adhered to within Dropbox Hiring. You have worked with a wide range of Recruiting stakeholders to support a global organization and you’re always exploring ways for programs to adapt and evolve to support the best, most efficient user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sr. Program Manager and Program Managers within Recruiting Operations to execute on the Programs roadmap by owning tactical projects and deliverables
  • Lead the execution of the Interviewer, Hiring Manager, and Moderator training programs, managing Interviewer and Moderator onboarding, reporting on pipeline health, suggesting improvements to the processes to reduce training time and improve calibration 
  • Coordinate quarterly Moderator workshops, including focus area development, session agendas, and gathering post-event feedback 
  • Manage a variety of tactical projects including scorecard and template development in Greenhouse
  • Recommend scalable and efficient process improvements by partnering with cross-functional partners, specifically Recruiting, DEI, ModSquads, and L&OD
  • Manage tactical deliverables within the Candidate Experience roadmap
  • Garner feedback from stakeholders across Talent Acquisition and key Recruiting stakeholders to ensure pain points are being prioritized and addressed accordingly

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting related function
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate scheduling systems, Greenhouse preferred
  • Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process, and how to optimize it for efficiency and quality
  • Experience analyzing and using data to drive decisions
  • Experience driving meetings, comfortable engaging senior level stakeholders
  • Ability to lead tactical projects, including building a project plan, identifying and communicating with stakeholders, and risk identification and mitigation planning

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with training management tools and/or training pipeline administration 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or interview scheduling tools
