Visa’s Early Careers Talent Acquisition team is seeking a School Recruiter that will act as a trusted business advisor and will be accountable for implementing Visa’s Early Careers recruiting strategy across multiple Colleges and Universities.

In this role, you will execute Visa’s early careers talent engagement & attraction strategy and champion our entry level and internship opportunities. You will be responsible for building and strengthening strategic relationships with key stakeholders at colleges and universities (faculty, career services, employer relations team, student orgs, etc.). You will also collaborate internally with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for employee engagement and interaction with students on campus while driving long-term strategic initiatives catered to each university. You will lead an internal team to represent the Visa brand on campus. With a focus on attraction, you will implement strategies and programming to identify, attract and educate qualified, top Tech and Non-Tech candidates, with an embedded focus on business needs and all profiles being sought.

You will own, drive and deliver as well as collaborate on regional or global projects and initiatives that impact Talent Acquisition and HR quality and delivery. This position will report into the Manager, Early Careers Talent Attraction & Acquisition and collaborate with teammates across the sourcing, recruiting and programs functions. The role will partner with HR Business Partners and leadership teams on all talent acquisition related activity.

In this role you will -

  • Manage and lead Visa’s School Recruiting strategy and relationships with multiple school programs. You will develop deep relationships with universities across North America to position Visa as a destination graduate and intern employer
  • Implement impactful recruitment campaigns to attract and select the very best talent with a focus on candidate experience – including management of the recruitment process from meeting candidates on campus to offer close.
  • Leverage digital sourcing tools to compliment sourcing strategy on campus and increase Visa brand recognition on campus.
  • Attend careers fairs, company presentations and other employment events at various school programs. Develop and lead attraction and education activities for a hybrid recruiting model including both in-person and virtual recruiting activity.
  • Develop a consistent school recruiting team structure in order to build and strengthen relationships with campus stakeholders – career centers, faculty, student organizations, administrators
  • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruiting initiatives to expand the diverse talent pipeline in collaboration with the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) team and participate in Diversity conferences
  • Strong project management skills and comfortable with providing timely and clear reporting of progress, data and roadblocks
  • Real passion for innovation shown through creative recruiting strategies and continuous process improvement. Stay informed of external market factors affecting business areas, identify new recruiting practices and trends and apply industry-leading hiring methodologies.

Flex Work Arrangement - Hybrid Position - This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.


Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting related work experience (Corporate and/or University Recruiting preferred) with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

• 3+ of recruiting experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (Corporate and/or University Recruiting

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 30-40% of the time.
