You will partner across the Talent Acquisition Operations Team, alongside talent managers and hiring leaders to ensure the applicant tracking system is up to date, while using data to influence and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruiting process. The ideal candidate enjoys mentoring, coaching and empowering their teams to grow within the organization. Together we’ll develop the team’s skills and teach recruiting coordination best practices. We’re looking for someone who is committed to consistently raising the bar for our Talent Acquisition team.
