Senior Recruiter, Technical Operations

As a Senior Recruiter on Cash App’s Customer Operations (CCO) team, you will lead recruitment across technical and non-technical roles to identify uniquely accomplished individuals to guide us forward. You will build strategies to engage and build our CCO teams across multiple sites. Throughout the entire process, you will provide an unparalleled candidate experience, while being an advisor to internal hiring partners. 

You will:

  • Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

  • Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient, scalable and inclusive recruiting processes

  • Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities

  • Be a consultative partner to the business, leading thoughtful discussions to build teams holistically

  • 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for an innovative and scaling organization.

  • 2+ years supporting technical roles, such as data analytics, business systems, and senior technical leaders.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals in a competitive market.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems while collaborating with business partners to achieve a common goal.

  • Experience mentoring and onboarding recruitment teams.

  • Consultative communication skills while working with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of an organization.

  • A positive and team-oriented approach to your work.
