Remote Finance and Accounting Recruiters

Recruiter.com has an opportunity for an experienced Accounting and Finance Recruiter for one of our Fortune 500 clients. This position will utilize your recruiting expertise and strong relationship building with stakeholders. You will assess hiring managers' needs and deliver unique talent to fill roles like Credit Administration (Credit Officers, Senior Credit Analyst), Portfolio Managers, Underwriters, Commercial Bankers (Relationship Bankers), and Commercial Banker Sales Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers of all levels and understand their hiring needs.
• Create and execute strategic recruitment plans for accounting and finance-related positions like the ones listed above
• Source passive candidates
• Interview & screening active and passive candidates for skills, work history, salary requirements, and hiring manager/company culture fit.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current and future client base.
• Work closely with team members on best overall practices, problem solve quickly, streamline processes.
• Provide consistent and clear communication with internal team members
• Manage client's expectations with timely and accurate communication.
• Provide real-time updates to the Practice Lead regarding the status of your engagements.
• Maintain client and employee confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or human resources required
• 5+ years of work experience as a recruiter in Accounting and Finance
• Hands-on experience and expertise with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, social media strategies and job boards.
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work directly with clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally/in writing at an effective level
• Must be tech savvy, a fast learner and highly professional
