YOUR MISSION: In partnership with the business and working cross functionally, you will design, build and execute, a holistic “Early Career Recruiting” strategy for the organization.

THE OPPORTUNITY (AKA: Why you want this role over any other out there) 

Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for a strong University Recruiter to be responsible for both the delivery & execution of existing programs, as well as being responsible for designing a holistic “Early Talent” Recruiting function.   You will be pivotal in contributing to the broader talent strategy and supporting executives with their Early Talent programs.

  • Ability to be creative & innovative in shaping the future for Zuora’s early career recruiting programs. 
  • Have immediate impact on attracting the best talent to the organization
  • Interact with business leaders and consult on immediate and long-term strategy

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE

  • In partnership with business leaders, execute on end-to-end recruiting for early career programs, including internships
  • Manage and drive recruiting metrics to illustrate success of programs implemented and consult where necessary changes are required.
  • Define a strategy in partnership with broader HR and recruiting teams, including creative employer brand initiatives.
  • Successfully build and manage university alliances and relationships.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 3-4 years recruiting experience within the “Early Career” talent field. 
  • Strong communication skills: ability to consult and influence internal stakeholders and manage candidate pipelines through to successful onboarding
  • Relationship focused: ability to form trusted relationships with key stakeholders and external talent communities
  • Results driven: motivated to execute on organizational and individual metrics.
