The Opportunity at Culture Amp

The mission of the Global Talent Acquisition Director of Customer (Sales/Marketing and Customer Success), is to design and execute on the global talent strategy that will support the build and scaling of our GTM organisation at Culture Amp.  This will be achieved in close collaboration with our Chief Revenue Officer and Leadership team, Global Director of People, Customer, members of our DEI team and the broader recruiting and people organisation. This role will also work strategically with external DEI, talent attraction and tech partners to deliver on our multi-year talent plan. As one of the members of the global talent acquisition leadership team you will help us to build operational excellence in all things talent acquisition and develop our team to meet their aspirational career goals and reach their full potential. Core responsibilities will include

  • Partner with hiring leaders and cross functional stakeholders on customer org design, location strategy and Headcount Planning in close collaboration and communication with all stakeholders to enable a planned and informed hiring strategy.
  • Create a Culture First Hiring Experience that facilitates equitable, consistent and efficient process and prioritizes an extraordinary candidate and customer experience. Holds Operational excellence in high regard and constantly tests the strength of our foundation, ensuring a solid platform form scale
  • Included in the hiring strategy, the design of a DEI and Talent Attraction Strategy that enables us to hire and build the best product teams in the World
  • Provides close business partnership with all customer groups through effective and clear communication of the talent strategy, including our challenges, pacing, wins and opportunities. Consistently aligning and remaining agile to add value against our most critical talent and company goals.
  • Inspire our recruiting team by role modelling our values and leading with a mission driven mindset. Create excitement and energy by cascading cross functional goals, clearly communicating the focus points for the Customer and talent team and supporting the TA team to define their development goals and enable them.  
  • Bring an outside in perspective on the changing landscape of the global Customer ( Sales CS, Marketing) and talent marketplace, to enable us to continuously innovate and experiment, pushing the boundaries to think differently

  • Communication & Collaboration -  Highly competent in communicating at all levels of the organisation and all sizes. Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and influence. You are able to speak externally and can advocate for our solutions with Customers acting as an ambassador and champion of Humanizing the Workplace. 
  • Partner - You are curious and interested as to the future and flow of work and you can provide a Customer lense to our internal sales teams and participate in customer discussions , advocating for our solutions
  • Developer of Talent - You can demonstrate how you have helped raise the bar on talent, utilising your coaching and development skills. You have exported talent in to bigger roles and enjoyed seeing the progression on the teams you have led
  • TA Expert - You bring experience in having amplified your talent brand at a regional or global level and in doing so have established inclusive hiring practices creating diverse and engaged teams.
