Remote Engineering/Technical Recruiters (HR/Payroll solutions)

Immediate openings for 3-6 month contracts​; 1099 Status


As a recruiter on assignment, your contributions will have a lasting impact on the clients we work with. These client-facing positions require solid full-cycle technical recruiting experience and strong candidate sourcing skills. You will be working directly with our client who specializes in HR and Payroll solutions to fit the needs of any size business, from startup to enterprise. 


You must have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting (Front End Application/Software Engineers, Database Engineers, Architects, Scrum Masters, over to product and security positions) corporate experience (additional agency experience is a plus)
  • Background in general technical and hardware recruiting experience
  • A background in candidate sourcing - using databases, utilizing new tools and extensions, reaching out to passive and active candidates
  • A self-motivating, flexible and focused attitude; driven to work independently and collaborate on projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong process-driven focus


What you’ll do:

  • Actively source qualified candidates using internet databases, internal databases, social media, and job boards
  • Conducting pre-screening interviews 
  • Asking questions that provide insight into the candidate experience while keeping them engaged
  • Acting as the liaison between the candidate and the client
  • Conduct interview debriefs with our team and the client’s team; providing feedback around roadblocks and market trends
  • Provide a great candidate experience
