Survios currently has an opening for a crafty Senior Talent Sourcer to join our amazing Recruiting Team for the next 12 months!

As a Senior Talent Sourcer, your focus will be on sourcing top development talent for the engineering, art, design, production, QA, and audio teams, to work on our upcoming unannounced AAA project. You will adventure through that thing called the “internet” and beyond to build and cultivate talent pipelines to identify, engage, and attract top candidates. You are an extremely effective and innovative communicator, so much so that you are just on the cusp of winning a Nobel Prize for your crafty candidate messaging and communications.  Your middle names are Urgency and Highly-Organized. You align with our recruitment team; collaborative, with a people first mindset, focusing on delivering a world class candidate experience to every candidate. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to gather staffing requirements, position details, and understand business context.
  • Identify, engage and develop candidates for both immediate and long-term hiring.
  • Craft engaging, compelling, and informative communications to prospective candidates.
  • Source top candidates for assigned roles and surface them to the assigned recruiter.
  • Report weekly on pipeline and market activity to the recruitment team.
  • Optimize your workflows and communications for positive candidate experience.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and report on metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain a complete record of candidates sourced by you and their status in the recruitment pipeline.
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods/trends and games industry news.
  • Attends and participates in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
  • Represents and promotes Survios to potential applicants by providing accurate information and responding to questions.
  • Represent and Help promote Survios’ culture.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team with a focus on gaming.
  • Expert with LinkedIn Recruiting Tool and other candidate sourcing tools.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple tech/product disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and develop management level candidates.
  • Advanced research skills for candidate identification and market/competitor analysis.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high-level of discretion.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or comparable applicant tracking software and talent relationship management tools.
  • Experience working with G Suite with an emphasis on Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Sheets.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly.
  • Exceptional professional communication skills.
  • Positive, charismatic attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible.

About Survios

OUR STORY In March 2012 we launched Project Holodeck as an interdisciplinary effort at the University of Southern California, bringing together a team of technical artists and engineers to tackle big challenges such as avatar embodiment, positional movement, 3DUI, and game design for VR. As our final project we developed one of the first full-motion VR games ever, called Wild Skies. Soon enough we were able to build a truly immersive VR environment that was intuitive, engaging, and (we think) super entertaining.
