The Challenge

The Qualtrics Recruiting team is a high energy, dynamic group that is laser-focused on building out strong teams across the company. Our mission is to discover and attract incredible talent to build a category-defining company by creating legendary hiring experiences. We have nearly doubled the size of the company year over year since 2010 and we don’t see it slowing down anytime soon.  During this peak hiring time our Talent Acquisition  team is looking to bring in temporary recruiting support to allow us to make a greater impact in our hiring numbers in the first half of the year.  This role can be fully remote but will work with the hours of our EMEA team and hiring managers.  Or, we have wonderful office spaces across most major European cities if anyone would like to come and meet the teams! 

The Expectation for Success

  • You will need to come with 5+ years recruiting experience, with at least 1 year specific to sales recruiting
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates throughout EMEA
  • Experience in recruiting within the technology space ideally for software/SaaS companies
  • Experience recruiting across EMEA
  • 2nd European language would be great  in either French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch
  • Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Strong capabilities of direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal direction
  • Metric driven mentality and experience using data to influence recruiting strategies
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, rapidly changing environment

A Day in the Life

This role will support our Sales Hiring team who are an incredibly driven, motivated and exceptionally experienced team  You will be fully supported by our existing recruiting team to get you ramped up and ready as quickly as possible to set you up for success.  

You’ll be working on requisitions through their full lifecycle and partnering closely with your hiring managers to make an impact in their world quickly.  

Once you are up and running, you’ll be comfortable working autonomously with your hiring managers and using data to inform recruiting strategies. 

Sales hiring in EMEA is an extremely competitive candidate landscape, so you’ll be expected to do your research within the relevant candidate markets to help inform hiring managers and set appropriate strategies around these challenges.
