Where we need help

We need a talented Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to assist in scheduling, managing candidate pipeline status and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire interview process.
What does the job entail?
- Guiding candidates through the interview process both remotely and in person at our San Francisco headquarters.
- Scheduling all interviews through our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Coordinating the onsite interview experience
- Compiling interview packets, schedules and gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
- Assisting in booking travel and processing expense reimbursements for out-of-market candidates
- Learning the ins and outs of the Allbirds’ business and recruiting process to take on more complex responsibility over time
- Assisting in maintaining an open to fill rate of <90 days across all recruitments

More practical skills needed:
- BA/BS or equivalent
- Scrappiness, low ego, a self-starting approach and a keen ability to listen
- Incredible communication and writing skills; highly professional approach to interacting with candidates and hiring managers
- Recruiting experience a plus
- LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS experience a huge plus
