As a Talent Acquisition Intern you’ll work closely with Taboola’s recruitment professionals, to support the finding and hiring of talent for a variety of roles in our fast growing company. This internship will provide the opportunity to learn and practice skills in talent sourcing, employer branding, managing a candidate application tracking system, onboarding and so much more. You’ll also get to learn a lot about the exciting and fast-paced world of adtech and work collaboratively with hiring managers from across the APAC region.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

We are looking for an immediately available intern who can commit to working a 6 month contract.

For this role, it is essential that you have:

  • A demonstrated interest in HR / Recruitment – whether that is through study, prior work experience or reading up on the latest HR / recruitment news in your free time
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Understanding of the issues around confidentiality and data protection
  • A willingness to learn new things and the ability to pick up and work with new technology quickly
  • A collaborative approach – prior experience working as part of a team

It would be great if you also have:

  • Additional language skills from any of our APAC markets


What will I do on a regular basis?

  • Proactively identifying the best talent for open and future roles at Taboola using a variety of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Support on the coordination and scheduling of interviews across multiple locations and time zones (you’ll team up with our A.I. coordinator Sascha for this!)
  • Completing reference checks for potential new hires
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team on our latest projects – bringing your own idea to the table is highly encouraged!
  • Shadow interviews with recruiters and join recruiters on their regular catch-ups with hiring managers to discuss the hiring needs of the business
