Strive For Excellence - Commitment to a collaborative environment infused with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability.Roles and Responsibilities:Support and drive projects for HR analytics related to Talent acquisition; leveraging hiring data to deliver critical reporting and insights (inferential/predictive)Support dashboarding and reporting requirements, feeding back the findings to relevant stakeholders; documenting changes to existing dashboards as neededCreate reporting templates that can be automated or easily generated based on core dataDriving data visualization requirements across various TA metrics and viewsPresent, explain and discuss results of analyses to effectively drive fact-based decision making within all levels of the organizationEngage stakeholders in change agendas; support TA transformation project delivery and trackingAbility to focus on detail, while keeping an eye on the larger pictureConduct Market research/Current trend analysis with reference to the talent acquisition and retentionMinimum Required Skills and Attributes:Graduate/PG with the MBA HR with 2-4 years of experience in the Talent acquisition analytics FieldHighly proficient in Excel (creating formulas, macros, pivot tables, dashboards)Working knowledge of data visualization tools: Tableau etc. and predictive analytical methodsSolid verbal and written communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate complex issues in a straightforward manner to varied audiencesStrong stakeholder management skills and influencing at the managerial level, good understanding and interest towards systems, data, and automationStrong sense of commitment towards workAwareness of current market trendsAt Coupa, we have a strong and innovative team dedicated to improving the spend management processes of today's dynamic businesses.
