Job DescriptionHealthcare Recruiter Locations: Remote Duration: FulltimeSummary: - Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and maintaining candidates for contract, contract-to-hire positions. - Ensure excellent customer service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Implement recruiting campaigns to attract quality potential candidates for contract, contract to hire requirements nationwide. - Maintain constant awareness of recruitment needs within company. - Timely submission of qualified candidates for open requirements. - Follow company policy for interviewing, selection, assessments and hiring of all candidates. - Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills and the ability to effectively work with recruiters and all levels of management. - Input and maintain proper candidate information/communication in Applicant Tracking System. - Follow company policies and procedures when utilizing Applicant Tracking System and other software. - Identify proper selection of candidates' skills to open requirement. - Provide all consultants with proper work instructions and guidelines. - Support sales efforts through account retention, growth within an existing and shared account through solid communication with Account Managers. - Comply with ICONMA policies and procedures to provide consistency in service quality and delivery. - Follow up with consultants on completed requirements to ensure their satisfaction and meeting client requirements. - Tracks and document daily work tasks.Education and/or Experience: - BS Degree or equivalent. - Demonstrated expertise in searching and screening candidates from job/resume sites, passive recruiting. - Prefer experience in interviewing, selecting, hiring in the areas of: healthcare. - Minimum customer service or other work experience involving "people skills ". - Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Windows, Outlook, and be proficient in spreadsheets and word processing programs. - Preferable to have MSP/VMS experience As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA prides itself on creating an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons regardless of race, color, gender, age, sexual orientation, citizenship, or disability.
