Job DescriptionPerform resource forecast planning, effective resource utilization, identifying training needs of internal candidates, execution with coordination and synchronization.Update current and design new recruiting procedures. Work with sales leadership to drive delivery strategy plans for assigned accounts. Manage a team of recruiters to deliver Technical and high-level IT candidates. Implement new sourcing methods including social recruiting and Boolean searches. Understand strengths and weaknesses of recruiters to allocate the requirements. Supervise the recruiting team and reporting on its performance. Track recruiting metrics. Engage with candidates for screening, delivery and interview preparation and coordination. Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs. Perform research and select job advertising options. Provide performance reviews of recruiting team. Build and maintain key relationships with all involved stakeholders. Overseeing activities until candidates joins client projects. Use Talent Assessment and Acquisition, Temp Staffing, High-Volume Staffing, social media Recruiting Tools, Client Relationship Management, Candidate Management, Vendor Management and Team Management. Work Location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Working remotely is available. Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor - Human Resource Management (will accept foreign education equivalent); will accept Bachelor equivalent based on combination of education as determined by professional evaluation service; will also accept any equally suitable combination of education, training and/or experience that would qualify someone to perform the job duties.
