Work withClient / Hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create a sourcing plan.Source and build candidate pipelines for current and future key roles across the organizationWork independently to develop and maintain candidate flow supporting several opportunities/teamsPost job to all Job boards and utilize WFQ tools with the submission of candidates in the in the VMSSource candidates through a variety or search methods (social media, applicant tracking system, Job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches etc.)Educate / appraise / sell candidates on potential opportunityWorks directly with the RM assignment to the him/her and will be managed a set of KPI and SLA targetSubmit qualified candidates to assigned Recruiter for various job requirementsReview the manager intake specs with the Recruiter to ensure recruitment efforts are alignedWorks directly with the recruiter to present the shortlisted candidates to be presented to the MSP RMMeets with the Recruiter on a daily and weekly basis to review metric and open requisitions (MSP RM on a weekly basis to review current submission and upcoming calls)Ability to support multiple customersMinimum 2-3 years into US staffingStrong at negotiation, communication, candidate management.Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and strong work ethicGood at IT and Non IT hiring, Bulk hiringProficient with Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, VMS, ATSAbility to work as Individual contributor and take ownership
