JOB SUMMARY NOTE: Doble Headquarters is located in Marlborough, MA at a new facility equipped with a fitness center, showers, subsidized cafeteria, ergonomic stand/sit desks, and more! No relocation available. We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who will be an integral part of the global HR team delivering best practices and sourcing strategies to all levels of staff. The successful individual will represent Doble Engineering in a highly ethical and professional manner. This individual must be highly motivated, organized and self-directed who can handle a variety of sensitive and confidential matters. This position's primary role is recruiting with opportunities and exposure in other functional areas within Human Resources. This person will be responsible for developing talent strategy, sourcing, and interviewing for all requisitions; technical, professional and administrative, while meeting OFCCP compliance for US positions. This role will be based in our Marlborough, MA office reporting to the Director of Global Human Resources. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs. Assist Management on organizing and preparing recruiting strategies. Manage the full cycle recruitment process for multiple employment sites, including screening, interviewing negotiating final offers, etc. Lead candidate interview feedback sessions with management. Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidate pipeline. Source, Recruit, Interview and Extend job offers to candidates. Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs. Maintain and monitor the validity of the Applicant Tracking System and candidate compliance records, including outreach efforts, to ensure OFCCP compliance and guidelines are met. Provide behavioral interview training to hiring managers when necessary and establish a strong working relationship with management at all levels. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. Including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Monitor social media recruiting sources such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Participate in compensation analysis of new positions as needed. Ensure starting salaries are in line with Company guidelines and market. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Ensure that candidates have a legal work status and assist on immigration issues of employees. Coordinate with hiring managers on updating job descriptions. Post positions on appropriate websites. Manage recruiting agencies and staffing organizations in a cost-effective way. Assist with recruiting for international requisitions, if needed. Coordinate with attorney and employee with Visa's immigration, etc. Attend job fairs, OFCCP and College on-site recruiting events. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent degree or equivalent experience. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting and 3+ years in a corporate setting. Experience in a high-tech industry. Excellent computer skills; ATS, MS Office, Outlook and social media outlets. Experience in a flexible work environment with a commitment to achieve time sensitive results in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of current principles and best practices of recruitment; including attracting candidates through social media, mobile, sourcing and employment law. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Extremely organized and attention to detail. Sense of urgency and strong work ethic. Collaborative work style with ability to interface with all levels of staff and management and work well within a team. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Proven ability to build relationships with and influence all levels within an organization. Work independently with minimal supervision. High level of accountability and willingness to learn and take on new projects and responsibilities. Experience recruiting for an Affirmation Action employer. A general knowledge of US work visas and process. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (Not Required): Agency recruiting experience in addition to corporate experience preferred. Ability to communicate in a second language such as Spanish and French. Experience using UKG HRIS system. Experience with compensation analysis.
