The Sourcer partners with the Recruiters, Hiring Managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are well defined and achieved. In addition, the Sourcer will use various recruitment strategies and platforms to attract talent to NRG.This role may be hired at a Senior level commensurate with Senior level talent sourcing experience.Responsibilities:Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and their impact on the broader business goals.Attracts, sources, and screens passive talent using various creative techniques, including social networking and direct sourcing.Build repeatable and scalable sourcing strategies for various roles, including referrals, events, and sourcing campaigns.Proactively seeks diverse candidate pools and supports diversity efforts.Perform research to build and share market insights on target companies, and open communities to source talent.Identify and screen candidates for role fit and culture add, and provide recommendations for interviewing and hiring.Apply data-driven recruiting methodology to help influence timely and effective hiring decisions while maintaining data integrity across all recruiting toolsUse internal reporting tools to track sourcing activities and develop strategies based on these activities.Working Conditions:Open office environmentRemote or Hybrid work schedule; a combination of remote work 3-4 days per week and in-office 1-2 days per week.Culture: We live through our Power values:Safety & Well-being, Customer-Focus, Collaboration, Accountability and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.Requirements:BA/BS degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant talent sourcing experience in an agency OR corporate environmentORHigh school diploma and 3 years of relevant talent sourcing experience in an agency or corporate environment.Demonstrated experience building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Knowledge of sourcing, full life cycle recruiting, hiring process management, hiring manager interaction, time management, and technology.Experience utilizing innovative sourcing/recruitment techniques to recruit passive candidates.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a headhunting capacityExperience sourcing STEM rolesKnowledge and experience using Boolean search stringsWhy NRG is a great place to work:Great company culture!!
