Job Description The Campus Recruiting Coordinator is a full-time, temporary visible resource for Client. This role will be an integral part of the team with the focus on ensuring effective and efficient operations and student career support. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Participate in planning of all career management programming for the population in scope. Responsible for scheduling and execution of all career events and related activities. Coordinate with TA leadership to ensure alignment on events scheduling and updates of employer contact information. Collaborate with hospital leadership and on employer engagement, outreach, visits, etc. Maintain recruiting platform including job and events posting. Serve as the primary point of contact for all on-campus events; liaise with facilities and other stakeholders on event execution. Assist with developing career management materials for student presentations. Conduct student resume reviews and provide assessment of students needs and general career guidance. Serve as the first point of contact for student questions; address or direct questions to appropriate team members. Requirements Bachelor's degree and 2- 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Excel Demonstrated initiative, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Experience supporting students from diverse backgrounds. Deep commitment to customer service and the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work successfully in a fast-paced environment are required.
