As our Recruiting Azubi, you will learn, participate in and eventually manage our recruiting process along with the team. You will ensure we are constantly improving our recruitment process. You will collaborate with the team on different recruiting initiatives such as seeding campaigns, employer branding, onboarding, training plan, etc. 

You will report directly to our HR Director and work in a small multicultural team of caring, and passionate individuals. We thrive in our diversity and ​​rely on the perspectives and knowledge of people from all backgrounds. Check this video to know a bit about your team.

 Your main responsibilities will be 

  • Be the contact person for all recruiting needs for managers at the company.
  • Learn about our top-notch recruiting process, how it plays into our culture and eventually manage it.
  • Find ways to constantly automatize processes with recruiting.
  • Conduct seeding campaigns for our open positions, track down good results, and document all knowledge.
  • Support the team with onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
