DescriptionNursing Professional Development Manager focused on recruitment and retention of a diverse, multigenerational workforce. Schedule: 32 hours Job responsibilities: Designs proactive, data driven actions to stabilize and expand the nursing workforce. Programs will address unique personal and professional development preferences to support engagement. Developspartnerships with academic nursing affiliates to establish programs tosupport current nursing workforce to advance degrees and createinnovative clinical experiences for nursing students. Builds relationships with high schools and academic nursing affliates to promote the nursing profession and establish BWFH as an employer of choice. S/he supports recruitment events both internally and externally as appropriate. Establishes formal, evidence-basedmentorship programs to promote emplyee engagement, job satisfaction and nursing career development pathways.
