This role will partner with Executives, HR professionals and senior leaders across all lines of businesses at NFP to ensure each business reaches their annual growth targets through the attraction of new Producers to NFP's sales teams. The successful candidate will have a strong recruitment background, specifically recruiting for sales and production roles. In addition, the person will have experience recruiting in the commercial brokerage insurance industry and/or a search firm specializing in commercial brokerage insurance.What You'll DoEnsure NFP reaches its annual recruitment target for Producers (sales executives)Consult with business leaders to identify recruitment needs and create a targeted proactive recruitment sourcing strategyOwn the sourcing and outreach to other insurance broker competitors to drive sales talent to NFPDirect partnership, relationship building with the business and human resourcesUse different sourcing techniques to attract candidates and build a pipeline of producer candidates for now or in the futureMaintain a pipeline of all talent attraction activity, and generate recruitment metrics to monitor performance and ensure all activity is aligned with organizational sales hiring goalsEnsure DEI is integrated in all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing channelsWhat You Bring Bachelors or related Degree5+ years of recruitment experience required in a corporate environment or search firm in commercial insurance industry, recruiting Producers, sales executives or senior-level rolesStrong oral and written communication skillsExperience using LinkedIn, Indeed and other niche sourcing toolsIndividual must be a self-starter, goal-oriented and a quick learnerStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCold-calling/warm calling experience requiredStrong client presence with project management, presentation and facilitation skillsWell-organized with the ability to multi-task candidates at different stagesProficiency with MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointDedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellenceExperience working in a team environmentWho We AreNFP is a leading insurance brokerage that provides property and casualty, group benefits, retirement and individual solutions through our licensed subsidiaries and affiliates.
