About this OpportunityReporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, as our Recruitment Operations Manager, you will constantly look for ways to optimize recruiting operations to propel the growth of our company. As a dynamic and energetic individual contributor with exceptional influencing skills, you will develop proactive strategies and optimize the hourly recruiting mechanisms to ensure that our plant-based recruiters and hiring mangers enhance how they attract, assess and hire non-exempt (hourly) talent. What you'll doYou'll have the opportunity to solve our plant hiring problems, guide the decisions, and be an owner every day as you:Build and deliver full-cycle plant-hourly recruiting strategies, policies and procedures to ensure we attract highly qualified and diverse talent to our US plantsEnhance, change and develop new tools and solutions to drive automation within the recruiting processAssess all current hourly recruiting channels and recommend improvements to elevate performanceEvaluate potential third-party recruiting partners, guide decision-making, manage vendors and evaluate/track vendor effectivenessStandardize all hourly recruiting efforts across our 40+ US plants locationsPartner with plant-based recruiters to understand and address technology and process pain-points and drive solutions to optimizeTrain our plant-based recruiters and key stakeholders on new tools and processes to ensure their success including hiring manager interview training, recruiter onboarding, etc.Apply change management frameworks and best practices towards our plant-based recruiters to ensure the adoption of new recruitment methodologiesIdentify meaningful metrics, develop relevant service level agreements and manage plant-hourly recruiting performance to these established goalsImplement and refine candidate screening methodologies to ensure fair assessment and a positive candidate experienceDevelop a culture of diving deep, using analytics and insights to drive hourly recruiting strategiesLead the functional ownership of hourly recruiting within Workday, our ATS, and CRM ensuring an optimized platform and relevant documentation of the business processDevelop and refine training for hiring teams, ensuring our interview and offer processes are efficient and have a focus on a positive candidate experiencePartner with our Recruitment Marketing Manager to elevate both the visibility and attractiveness of our hourly rolesKeep up to date with the latest trends in recruiting tools and practices, the competitive landscape, market drivers, constantly educating and sharing this knowledge with othersMaintain compliance with OFCCP regulations, supporting adjustments in process and policy as neededSounds Like You?You could be just who we're seeking if you have:Either a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of professional experience or a High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in recruitment/HR operations or project managementProven ability to influence multiple stakeholders, writing compelling narratives, using data and analysis to drive recommendations and ensure the successful adoption of recommended improvementsA teacher who can influence Recruitment and HR partners and inspire hiring process change using effective presentations and data to support decisionsStrong project management skills with a background in developing and executing new initiatives and change management with speed, accuracy and efficiency, including process mapping and redesign methodologiesAbility to work with different levels of leadership to effectively influence without direct management authorityDemonstrated ability to continually search for and find innovative solutionsComfortable working with minimal direction, taking initiative to accomplish short- and long-range projectsOur Modern Workplace:Our culture of collaboration enhances our ability to meet critical business goals, deliver value to customers and consumers and provide you with the flexibility you need to achieve a better work-life balance.
