WHAT YOU'LL DOAs the North America Regional (NAMR) Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will be a key contributor on our Recruiting team focused on performing a wide variety of recruiting and administrative duties. Primary responsibilities will include candidate and interview management, supporting and planning recruiting events (live and virtual), and providing additional administrative support to the team as needed. This role is anticipated to be in place through February 2023. Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with BCG's values and culture.YOU'RE GOOD ATA typical day for you may be a combination of:Candidate and Interview ManagementSupporting the recruiting process through greeting and scheduling candidates, managing interviews days (live and via zoom), driving next steps and ultimately, creating a flawless candidate experienceSpearheading scheduling communications both internally and externally, troubleshooting potential calendar conflicts, and determining location logisticsRespond to student inquiries (emails and phone calls) and redirect as appropriate Updating statuses, communicating, and tracking candidates in our applicant tracking system Event PlanningSupport in office and other live and/or virtual recruiting events, including assisting in vendor/venue bookings, hotel room blocks, catering needs, conference room bookings, logistics coordination, etc. Prepare marketing materials for events; print and organize materials used at various events (BCG swag, name tags, bio cards etc.) Connecting with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operationsBooking candidate travel, managing candidate event invitations, ordering gifts, etc. General Talent Acquisition Team SupportEngaging in relevant meetings and debriefs to understand important decision-makingWorking on ad-hoc projects (talent sourcing, recruiting, and talent research)Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team Other special projects, as necessary YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Confidence. You have the inside scoop, so we ask that you also have a well-developed sense of discretion and confidentiality.Communication. You are the main line of contact between candidates and teams, so you are also an excellent interpersonal communicator.Organization. You'll have busy days handling high volumes of information so expect to be organized, detail-oriented, and great at time management. You'll have a great team, so you have the ability to work both in a team and independently.Tech Savvy. You'll be working with computer programs and our software, so computer proficiency is required (Zoom, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)A student with prior work/co-op experience is preferred, but not requiredYOU'LL WORK WITHThe NAMR BST Talent Acquisition Team manages recruiting within the North American region for our Business Services/ Non consulting roles. While the position is based in Boston, he/she will also be assisting with roles located across North America and partnering with teammates located in Atlanta and New York in addition to Boston.
