We are searching for a dynamic Executive Recruiter based in Princeton, NJ. Your primary role will be to identify talent for various leadership positions within our organization. You will work closely with VPs and C-level executives to source, screen and recommend talent for key positions throughout our 11 states of operation.


Source and screen candidates for key leadership positions.

Network through industry contacts, social media, association memberships, trade groups, etc.

Schedule applicant interviews with members of the executive team.

Utilize a variety of tools to proactively source passive candidates (social media, databases, job fairs, etc.)

Partner with external search firms as necessary to fill gaps.

May assist the recruitment team with various administrative duties.

What Experience/Skills You Have:

Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 1 year of sourcing experience. Prior agency experience is helpful.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated team player with positive attitude.

Self-starter who is resourceful, well-organized and able to multi-task.
