Light Packer

Light Packer - Industrial -
1st Shift- 7am-3:30pm, Monday- Friday

Primary Job Functions:

• Once bulk parts and labels are received (from the Packing Coordinator), determine order needs.
• Obtain the correct size of box for packaging the parts.
• Check the warehouse for any partial boxes of parts.
• Fill boxes to appropriate quantity. This can be done by hand counting the parts or using a scale.
• Once boxes are filled, a barcode label is placed on the outside of the box.

• Comply with all company policies, instructions, and directions to fulfill company objectives.
• Address all issues with a sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Act in the company's best interest at all times.

• Participate in relevant continuing education programs as identified or proposed by executive management.

• Education/Experience
• At least an 8th-grade education.
• Communication Skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Mathematical Skills
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to utilize measuring devices.
• Specific Requirement
• Regular attendance.
