Requirements:

· Demonstrated ability, with at least 8 years in building and leading Anti-Corruption.

· programs, preferably within the high-tech industry, including leading complex risk management and compliance programs with successful implementation and identifying ongoing improvements.

Skills:

· Strong understanding of anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act).

· Self-starter, strong sense of judgment, attention to detail, resourceful, and ability to prioritize multiple projects within a fast-paced environment that experiences changing objectives.

· Strong interpersonal skills and can engage with people and teams at all levels of the organization.

· Experience working in a dispersed and global environment - with global partners, regional sales teams, and employees based in many countries.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.

· Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-based decision- making approach.
