Salesforce Admin in Guadalajara, Mexico. Ideally looking for someone who has 70% Admin and 30% Development skills and Service Cloud/Case Management experience preferred Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in Salesforce development to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can blend administrative tasks with development activities to optimize our Salesforce environment, with a focus on Service Cloud and Case Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform, driving user adoption, and implementing custom solutions that meet business needs. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. 2 years of Salesforce development experience, including experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component development. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Case Management is highly preferred. Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflow rules, validation rules, and process automation. Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms. Salesforce Administrator Certification required. Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification preferred.
