The Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the master data is in compliance with the governance, and integrity of master data within the organization's IFS platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and consistent master data, which is essential for effective decision-making, streamlined operations, and compliance with various regulatory requirements. The Master Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and validating multiple areas of master data such as customers, parts, service contracts and equipment master.

Responsibilities:Validate master data is within data governance policies, standards, and procedures for managing master data within the IFS system.Ensure compliance with data governance guidelines and align data management practices with industry best practices.Run data quality controls and processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data. Identify data quality issues and resolve them promptly.Responsible for monitoring data anomalies and updating data promptly.Continuous maintenance of Culligan's master data according to the data governance policies.Collaborate with various business units, IT teams, and data owners to understand their data needs, define data requirements, and ensure data accuracy and relevance.Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to resolve data-related issues.Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of master data between IFS and other relevant systems (e.g., Salesforce, Vertex, Stripe, Novacura, PSO).Ensure master data is handled securely and in compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.Implement access controls and data protection measures working closely with Culligan's Internal Audit and Accounting team, ensuring segregation of duties and best data security practices.Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for data improvement.Generate regular reports and on data quality and compliance.Run regular audit reporting for all areas of master data.Identify data anomalies across branch data.Requirements:

BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in data management within an ERP systemStrong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data lifecycle management.Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data-related problems.Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.
