Job Summary:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. You will leverage your expertise in SQL for data analysis and reporting, and utilize your Python skills for more advanced data manipulation and automation tasks. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and translating them into actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:Requirement Analysis:
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements. Analyze and translate these requirements into technical specifications.Data Analysis:
Utilize SQL to query and analyze large datasets, identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights that drive business decisions.Solution Design:
Design and propose solutions based on the analysis, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.Implementation Support:
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. Provide support during the testing phase and assist with troubleshooting.Python Utilization:
Apply Python skills to automate repetitive tasks, develop custom data processing scripts, and enhance existing processes.Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, solutions, processes, and systems. Ensure clarity and accuracy to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.Continuous Improvement:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong focus on SQL and business analysis.SQL Proficiency:
Demonstrated expertise in writing complex SQL queries, optimizing performance, and working with relational databases.Python Experience:
Practical experience with Python for data manipulation, automation, or scripting. Familiarity with libraries such as Pandas or NumPy is a plus.Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Communication Skills:
