You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC OD grinding machines, contributing to high-quality manufacturing outputs. Precision Work: Use radius dressers and other tools to ensure products meet exacting specifications. CNC Programming: Understand and interpret G&M codes. Quality Control: Regularly inspect parts using standard measuring tools, confirming adherence to aerospace industry regulations and standards. Team Collaboration: Work cohesively within a team, communicating effectively with peers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams. Requirements: Requirements for a CNC OD/ ID Machinist Minimum of 2-5 Years CNC OD/ ID or Jig Grinding Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in CNC machining preferred. Required to be capable of holding .0002 tolerances on a regular basis. Experience in operating CNC grinding machines, specifically in a manufacturing environment. Manual Surface Grinding Experience utilizing spin fixtures, rotary tables, radius dresser, etc. Deep understanding of technical drawings and geometric dimensions and tolerances. Proficiency with precision measurement tools.
